Michael here to give you my opinion and review for the T Core in addition to the other T Core Reviews out there. In my personal experience with the T Core I’ve been very happy and satisfied. It does what it claims to do and I find that very satisfying since a lot of products over promise and under produce. But my happiness with the T Core wasn’t necessarily a love at first sight kind of story.
Like most people at the end of every year and the beginning of a new year, I gave myself a good honest look-over and I wasn’t 100% happy with what I saw. I’ve always been a “big guy” but this year especially there seemed to be more of a spare tire than normal.

I had seen commercials for the T Core and admittedly I was interested even though I pretended I wasn’t that interested to others. It seemed to me to be a great companion to the cardio workouts I was starting. I like to think of myself as a level headed, smart guy and I knew that if the T Core could really do what it advertised I knew I could definitely get good results from using the T Core.
I ordered my T Core from the official website. I received my T Core in a timely manner and I began implementing it into my workout routine. My workouts aren’t really that much, just a nice jog, a series of push-ups, some dumbbell curls, and the T Core DVD sit up routine. All-in-all it takes me about 45 minutes and I have the rest of my day to do what I need.
When I first started using the T Core I wasn’t in love with it like I thought I would be. The workouts on the DVD seemed way too easy and I wasn’t feeling any kind of burn. I began looking online to read others people’s experiences with the T Core and to see if I had received a defective piece of equipment or if everyone else was having the same issue.
I was both relieved and a little embarrassed when I found out what the issue was; I was only using one of the three resistance bands inside the T Core. What’s even more embarrassing about that is I bought the T Core because of the adjustable resistance so I could increase the intensity of my workouts over time. After finding that and adding more resistance to the T Core my abs definitely got the “burn” I was looking for.
It was also very comforting to see that almost no one had anything bad to say about T Core when I was looking up user reviews. Pretty much everyone who left a review on amazon.com had something great to say about the T Core. I concur with my fellow T Core users, the T Core has been great for me and I love it. T Core Ab Workout

I’ve been using the T Core Ab Workout and I’ve really liked it. When I received my T Core in the mail it came with a workout DVD and so I decided to try it since I don’t really know how to do a great abs workout other than just do a ba-jillion sit-ups; and doing that didn’t really get me the results I wanted anyway.
The T Core abs workout DVD is only about 6 minutes long. What I’ve really liked about the DVD is that it does a succession of workouts that targets each individual muscle group or part of your abs to maximize your results. I didn’t realize how weak my obliques were until I did the T Core abs workout. Thank goodness for the ability to change the resistance.

If you’re not familiar with the T Core abs machine, it’s an abs machine that you use sitting down instead of lying down on the ground. There are three different power bands that allow you to increase and decrease the resistance the T Core gives you during your abs workouts. The lowest level has 40lbs of resistance followed by 80lbs then 120lbs of resistance.
I find myself changing the resistance a few times during the workout so that I can work my upper abs harder (since they’re the strongest) and my lower abs and oblique’s a little lighter since they’re not as strong as my upper abs. The T Core DVD really gets you moving and it seems to be working pretty well so far. I get that good burn in my abs during the workout and I feel the burn the next day too letting me know the workouts are working.
The T Core abs workout DVD works by using different positions and resistances to help you target specific parts of your abs. I’m not a “young buck” anymore and the workouts definitely weren’t too much for me to keep up with. That’s what’s great about the T Core DVD, it allows you to workout at the level you’re at instead of trying to keep up with life-long body builder who has no idea what it’s like to be a “normal” human being.
Compared to other abs workout machines on the market the T Core seemed to be the one that fit my needs and goals best. It keeps me off of the ground (which is pretty cold right now) and allows me to use different amounts of resistance which helps build the stronger and weaker parts of my abs during the same workout routine. It’s a quality made product with a legitimate workout routine.
If you’re in the market for workout equipment then I would recommend the T Core to you. I’ve been using it and I’ve really liked the way it works and the results that I’m getting. Give the T Core a try and try out the T Core Ab Workout DVD.

Since I’ve been using the T Core in my workout routine I’ve started calling my abs T Core Abs. Now, as cheesy as that sounds, it’s actually the truth. When I was doing regular sit-ups and crunches on my garage floor my lower back and neck would hurt. Ever since I started using the T Core I don’t get those same pains in my back and neck.
Being able to sit upright and do a solid abdominal workout has been a huge help in getting closer to my personal fitness goals. I’ve really enjoyed working out to the T Core workout DVD which is only around 6 minutes long and really gives me a good “burning” workout. Not to mention the small fact that it is really cold here this winter and lying on the floor of my garage to do sit-ups doesn’t sound like something I want to do consistently.

I think that I’ve been able to get my “T Core Abs” due to, in large, the adjustable resistance of the T Core ab machine. There are three different levels of resistance that allows you to increase and decrease the intensity of your workout. I’ve found this most helpful when I’m switching from my upper abs to my oblique’s which are much weaker than my upper abs.
In fact, before I realized that there were multiple resistance settings I was a little disappointed with the T Core because my oblique’s were getting a good burn during my workouts but my upper abs weren’t really being worked hard at all. After I found out that I had more options for my workouts my results came about more quickly and I was much more satisfied after my ab workouts.
Using the T Core ab machine has been a big help for me to meet my personal health goals. I’m not looking to be an Arnold Schwarzenegger by any means, I just want to slim up and tone up my body. I’m starting to look my age but I don’t feel my age. The T Core has definitely helped my mid-section slim up quite a bit and it’s getting pretty firm too.
I know that I couldn’t have created my own sit-up routine that would allow me to target all the different abdominal muscles; let alone in six minutes. I ordered my T Core from the official website and I got a DVD with it that targets my upper and lower abs along with my obliques. Unless you’re a personal trainer, I’d recommend using the T Core workout DVD to help you maximize your workout results.
Over-all I’ve been very satisfied with my T Core ab machine. If you’re in the market for a good quality ab machine I’d recommend the T Core. You get to sit upright while working out and it doesn’t hurt your back. If you want to turn your abs into T Core Abs then give the T Core a try.

If you’ve decided, like me, that using the T Core is something you want to add to your workout routine then I would recommend that you use the T Core workout DVD that comes with the T Core (if you buy your T Core from the official website). I’ve really enjoyed using the T Core workout DVD to help me get an effective abdominal workout.
What I’ve really enjoyed most about the T Core workout DVD/ab routine is that it’s only 6 minutes and I don’t have to make up an ab workout routine every day or every week. I’m no personal trainer, far from actually, so following the T Core workout lets me feel the “burn” and actually get the results I’m working for.

I’ve just recently starting using my T Core ab machine so I don’t quite have washboard abs yet, but I can definitely say that the T Core workout routine is great. Like I was saying I can really feel a good burn in my abs during and after the workout. Maybe saying I feel the burn afterwards is showing how out of shape my core is, but that’s kinda why I bought the T Core to begin with.
The T Core workout helps me target and workout my entire core, not just one part of my abs. The different sitting positions and movements really help get the upper abs, lower abs and the hard to work oblique’s. I’m getting pretty excited to have a much flatter stomach and stronger abs. I’m using the T Core to help maximize the slimming down I’m going for with my daily run/jog and light weight lifting.
So far the T Core workout has fit right in with my entire routine and is a good finish to a daily workout. I’m not looking to be a magazine model, just a more fit me and the T Core is helping me accomplish that goal. Having the 3 different resistance levels in the T Core has made the difference, for me, in the T Core being a helpful tool in my workout instead of an ab machine that is one-dimensional and useless after a short time of use.
At first I was only using the weakest resistance (40lbs) and my workouts weren’t really challenging. It wasn’t until I figured out that I could increase the resistance and doubled it to 80lbs before I started to get that good ab burn.
If you’re serious about having a good ab workout and don’t want to hurt your neck and back with old school crunches then give the T Core a try; I think you’ll like it like I have. I also recommend getting the T Core (and just about any other product) from the official website. When you order from the official T Core website you get the workout DVD I’ve mentioned. So, for me, the T Core Workout routine/DVD has been great and I definitely give it my recommendation.

If you’re like me and you’re looking for something to help enhance your workouts, I would recommend trying the T Core Ab Machine. I was just looking for something to help me get faster and better results than the go-to ab crunches.
The T Core has a pretty effective and unique systems to help just about anyone maximize their ab workouts. There are three different levels of resistance that allow you to either increase or decrease the intensity of your workouts. The three levels of resistance are 40lbs, 80lbs, and 120lbs. So, if you’re looking for an ab machine that is light and easy to use and will allow you to start working out your abs for the first time in a long time or to go above and beyond your normal crunch/sit-up routine then the T Core is probably your new best friend.

Another thing that I really like about the T Core is that it isn’t one-dimensional. The T Core will allow you to target a specific part of your abs or you can work your upper abs, lower abs, and oblique’s together. After I received my T Core and got familiar with how it works, I tried the T Core ab workout DVD and I was happy with the workouts it takes you through.
I’m not a professional body builder by any means so trying to create my own workouts and make them effective and efficient is hard for me. Having the T Core workout DVD really helped me save time and get a better abdominal workout than if I created an ab workout routine for myself. The T Core DVD workout is only like 6 minutes and it gives me a good workout where I can feel a good burn in my abs.
Not having to lie down on the ground to do my ab workout is really nice. I workout in my detached garage and the concrete gets really cold in the winter. My back doesn’t hurt after doing the T Core DVD workout like it sometimes would if I lay down on the ground and did the “old school” crunches. So for an old guy like me, I really like being able to sit up and work my abs on the T Core ab machine.
One thing to note, don’t forget to change the resistance bands inside the T Core if your workouts are too easy or too hard. I didn’t do that at first and I was getting frustrated feeling like the T Core wasn’t giving me the workout I needed. When I realized that my workouts were less than what I wanted because of “user error” I added some resistance and now I love my T Core. I do, and have, recommend using the T Core ab machine to help enhance your workouts.
